Advanced  Level Certificate in Human Resources  – Requires 60 Credits
Choose any 4 modules. Modules chosen must form a coherent programme.

Advanced  Level Diploma in Human Resource Management – Requires 120 Credits
All core modules and 4 optional modules; this must include 3 modules from 7ODD, 7LMD, 7RTM, 7PFM, 7RWM, 7MER, 7ELW, 7EEG and 1 module from 7LTD, 7DDE, 7KML, 7ICM.

Advanced  Level Diploma in Human Resource Development  – Requires 120 Credits
All core modules and 4 optional modules; this must include 3 modules from 7LTD, 7DDE, 7KML, 7ICM, 7LMD, 7ODD and 1 module from 7RTM, 7PFM, 7RWM, 7MER, 7ELW, 7EEG.
