Steve Eades – Associate

Chartered FCIPD, MSc, PGDip

Steve has over 30 years experience in various Strategic Leadership and Senior Managerial HR positions in the Ministry of Defence and the US Navy. In 2012 Steve became a self-employed consultant, working with large Corporations and the SME Sector delivering various HR related projects and programmes.

Steve started his career managing Supply Chain Operations in the UK and USA. Latterly, Steve took up senior HR positions and worked at Executive Board level leading major transformational organisational and behavioural change programmes. Steve also ran two training organisations and developed and delivered Learning & Development and Talent Management strategies and programmes.

Steve is a trained Coach and Mentor and he understands first-hand the pressures of studying whilst holding down an important job and continuing with family life.

He is a Charted Fellow of the CIPD and has various professional qualifications including an MSc in People & Organisational Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning & Development. He is trained at Level A & B Practitioner in Psychometric testing and is registered with the British Psychological Society.

Steve is married with two grown-up sons. In his spare time Steve is an avid Rugby Union fan, following his home team Bath Rugby.
