Kerry has a degree in Psychology is educated to post graduate level in HR and Coaching and Mentoring and is a qualified Assessor and Verifier. She is currently an Experience Assessor for CIPD at levels 3, 5 and 7 and a volunteer Upgrade Assessor for the CIPD.
Having completed her own Coaching and Mentoring qualification via a professional assessment approach she understands the particular challenges as well as the advantages of this method of learning and development. She is a creative thinker who enjoys innovation and creating new solutions to old problems. She deals with real world issues in a practical and logical way looking for practical solutions.
Kerry enjoys supporting people to develop their potential and works as a volunteer with the Chiltern Branch committee in the field of CIPD membership and CPD. She is also a Member of the BPsS, with BPsS Certificates in Occupational Testing, is MBTI and SHL OPQ 32 qualified.
