The people that make up Busec are senior, qualified industry professionals, assessors and educators who have held previous careers in HR and L&D. Together our combined experience bridges private and public sector; the military and creative industries. Since we first opened our doors over 30 years ago, our mission has always been to provide high levels of individual support and structure for people who need to be able to achieve their development with maximum flexibility and this is a culture and practice that remains at the forefront of everything we do today.
