How we work
Our community of teachers, consultants, business partners and employees will work collaboratively to support you to reach your full potential. Many of our team are senior, qualified professionals with experience that encompasses both private and public sectors; the military and the creative industries.
We understand the challenges of studying when you have work, family life and other responsibilities to juggle. We have been there. We get it. We will listen and suggest ways of overcoming the issues that could otherwise derail your dreams. If you need help overcoming challenges to boost your professional qualifications and build your career, talk to us.
We have designed in-house learning support that takes into account the different needs of learners with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia. Our core team have all completed mental health first aid courses in 2021 to add to the support and care we can provide for students.
Exam pass rates evidence
Evidence of the quality of our teaching and support is shown in our exam pass rate.
Students who sat exams as part of their Level 7 qualifications in January 2021, achieved a 100% pass rate in the Human Resource in Context exam module and 93% in Leading and Managing People module. National averages were 68% and 74% respectively.
Although traditional exams are not part of the CIPD 2021 qualifications, if you are studying for an Advanced Diploma you will still have to answer time-released questions to pass two of the core modules, so our success in getting students through exams means that you will be in safe hands.
Students who began studying for a CIPD Level 7 qualification before May 2021 can sit exams to complete their courses until May 2023. For those students we offer an exam overview Zoom workshop in addition to exam preparation and case study workshops.
When choosing which centre to study with, do ask them when they will register you with the CIPD. If they do not register you from the start, you will be missing out on the wealth of valuable CIPD resources that student members can access.
Our students are all registered with the CIPD as soon as they enrol.
