Most personnel and training practitioners are aware of the certificate in personnel practice (CPP) and certificate in training practice (CTP).  These qualifications are very popular and are often seen as the foundation for a career in HR.  Up to now they have only been available through the taught route at colleges and other centres.

The CIPD Foundation qualification (Level 3) provides a firm foundation in all areas of HR, helping you to develop essential HR skills and giving you the confidence to be more effective at work by adding real value to your HR function 

Qualification Options 

• Foundation level award – one or more units
• Foundation level certificate in Human Resources Practice or Learning & Development Practice - completion of three core units plus a choice of optional units.
• Foundation level diploma in Human Resources Practice or Learning & Development Practice  - completion of three core units plus a choice of optional units.
