 This is a Level 7 Masters level qualification comprising of four core and twelve optional modules.

Qualification Options, if you complete;

• a single module you gain an Advanced Level Award in HR,
• four modules you achieve an Advanced Level Certificate in Human Resources
• eight modules you will be awarded an Advanced Level Diploma in HRM or HRD.  This is achieved through gaining four core modules and four optional modules
