Coaching

"Jill's excellent listening skills are allowing me to arrive at my own solutions.  Equally, her skills in the other areas are very strong and provide a rounded approach to the coaching" (John Sephton, Consulting Ltd.)

Life is a journey at times it is easy, the path is even, the direction clear. At others times it is arduous; you are met with a choice of paths and no clear way ahead; this is a challenge to our emotional, physical and intellectual resources.  The essence of coaching is to facilitate or ease that journey - particularly when we enter new landscapes or terrain.  Coaching is of particular relevance during these periods of transition or change, when we are taking a new path. To support individuals and organisations with those transitions Busec provides career and life coaching, business and performance coaching.

Coaching has grown exponentially and it is worth asking why.  Coaching works because as well as providing tools to meet a new challenge it meets our essential emotional needs  - the need to give and receive attention, the need for a sense of competence and achievement and the need for meaning and purpose which we achieve through being stretched.

At Busec a coaching approach has been integral to the way we work with clients on our PAC or other programmes and coaching is a natural extension of that work.

To enable you to decide if coaching is the right option for you, or your organisation, Busec provides a free initial consultation.  To arrange this contact our office and speak to one of our lead coaches, Jill Nother and Sally Tarrant.

“Coaching is the art of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another.” (Downey 1999)
