This is a Level 7 Masters level qualification comprising of four core and twelve optional modules.

Qualification Options, if you complete:

  • a single module you gain an Advanced Level Award in HR,
  • four modules you achieve an Advanced Level Certificate in Human Resources
  • eight modules you will be awarded an Advanced Level Diploma in HRM or HRD. This is achieved through gaining four core modules and four optional modules.

If English is your second language you will need to undertake a  International English Language Testing System [IELTS] test and present your results to Busec. To study for an Advanced qualification you will need an IELTS test score of 6.5 or above. If you are undertaking a certificate or diploma programme you will need to be a CIPD member in order for you qualification to be claimed from CIPD.
