Prior to joining Busec Teresa spent 17 years in the newspaper industry. Working in both advertising and newspaper sales she gained a wide range of experience in management and training. In 1996 she joined an independent training provider as NVQ assessor and internal verifier working with candidates from a variety of local businesses to gain Foundation and Advanced Modern Apprenticeships. Teresa now assesses NVQ candidates across a range of occupational areas including management, administration and the assessor and internal verifiers award.
