Fiona has had twenty five years experience of training and developing people in a range of business sectors which include leisure and hospitality, call centres, retail, utilities, finance and training and consulting companies and the MOD including Army and RAF training personnel.  Working globally has given her experience with multi-site, multi cultural organisations as well as business start-ups.

Fiona works both on long term CIPD qualification programmes, as well as short to medium term management development.  Her specialist subjects are presentation, facilitation, coaching, feedback and training skills; her Train the Trainer programme is endorsed by the Institute for Leadership and Management.   She is a Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified Assessor and an active Member of the ILM, the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Assessors and Verifiers.
