Sarah has held management positions with Trust Houses Forte Hotels and HRD and retail management positions within the John Lewis Partnership.  Sarah has also worked in the education sector.

Prior to working as an Associate with Busec, Sarah held a senior position with a private training provider and during this time she set up the NVQ programmes in Retailing, Customer Service, Sales, Training and Development and Management.  She was also a key player in helping the organisation to gain the Investors in People Award.

Sarah has considerable experience of the management of government-funded learning and the assessment and verification of NVQs both in the private and public sector.  She is an experienced External Verifier for a leading NVQ Awarding Body.
