Sally is an experienced HR professional who has worked across a range of sectors including health, voluntary, education, criminal justice and the private sector. Her specialism is learning and development and she will lead Busec’s expansion into training delivery, starting with the Institue of Leadership & Management (ILM) Endorsed Programmes in Recruitment and Selection and Employment Law. Sally has an open facilitative style and enjoys working with individual and groups. What she particularly relishes about her role with Busec is the opportunity it provides to meet new people and gain further insight into differing organisations and sectors. Over the last few years she has specialised in assessment: as a lead assessor for The European Excellence Model (EEM), through the design and delivery of assessment centres, IiP and acting as an assessor and internal verifier for a range of NVQ awards.
