Sally is an experienced HR professional who has worked across a range of sectors including health, voluntary, education, criminal justice and the private sector. Her style is open and facilitative and she enjoys working with individuals and groups. What Sally particularly relishes about her role with Busec is the opportunity it provides to meet new people and gain further insight into different organisations and sectors. In her coaching Sally integrates the use of practical tools and strategies which increase resilience to the demands and stresses of modern life. She is currently studying for a Masters which focuses on enhancing psychological well-being and provides a holistic approach to coaching. Sally is accredited to use Level A and B psychometric tests and Myers Briggs and finds these an invaluable adjunct to other coaching tools providing the coachee with insight into their management style and preferred ways of working. Sally has specialised in assessment: as a lead assessor for The European Excellence Model (EEM), through the design and delivery of assessment centres, IiP and acting as an assessor and internal verifier for a range of NVQ awards.
