Myra has been a manager in the NHS since 1982, and has worked at senior level since 1986.  The opportunity to manage in a number of challenging business environments has provided extensive experience in all areas of HRM, business strategy, training and project/change management.  Myra 's career is underpinned  by her Chartered membership of the CIPD, business qualification, NVQ Assessor award and a Masters degree in Human Resources Management.

Myra works with candidates on the professional assessment programme (PAC) and NVQ and is a mentor within the NHS for candidiates gaining their graduate membership of the CIPD through other routes.  She has a keen interest in all aspects of employment law and its implications for business, strategic and value added HRM projects and TUPE transfers.
