Myra has been a manager in the NHS since 1982 and has been working as a senior manager since 1986. The opportunity to manage in a number of challenging environments has provided extensive experience in all areas of HRM, business strategy, and project management, which is underpinned by her Chartered membership of the CIPD, business qualification and NVQ Assessor award. Myra works with candidates on both the professional assessment programme (PAC) and NVQ and is a mentor within the NHS for candidates gaining their graduate membership of the CIPD through other routes. She is currently on her dissertation year of a Masters in HRM, and has a keen interest in all aspects of employment law and its implications for people management practices. T 01730 710055 |
