Until July 2006, Marilyn was a Director and joint owner of Busec but decided to reduce her commitments in favour of a better life / work balance. Since joining Busec in 1999 Marilyn has been working with both professional assessment of competence and NVQ candidates from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
