Jill has had an interesting and varied career mostly within the public sector, including 15 years in the field of personnel and training, prior to becoming associated with Busec in 2000.  She gained her IPD Post Graduate Diploma in 1996 and holds the NVQ Assessor and Verifier awards.

Jill is an active Adviser, Assessor and Internal Verifier on the professional assessment programme. She also works primarily as the Internal Verifier with NVQ candidates and is an Assessor for A1 Awards.

Jill has a range of practical experience of both the public and private sector and can therefore provide sound and practical advice for a variety of HR problems. She is familiar with current business practices and quality standards such as ISO, European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), Balanced Scorecard, IIP and Advanced Modern Apprenticeships.  She has worked with the military and has a good understanding of their culture.

Jill is a member of the CIPD National Upgrading Panel and also works as an external moderator on CIPD certificate programmes with four centres in the South East region and Channel Islands.
