Jane had worked in HR and related fields since 1977, starting in the public sector and spending some time in private industry prior to becoming an independent management development adviser in 2002.

With an MBA from Henley Management College, NVQ5 in Operational Management and Chartered Fellowship of the CIPD she has a mix of academic, practical and professional expertise, which gives her a flexible approach to meeting customers' needs.

Jane undertakes a variety of work, mainly related to managerial and professional development and assessment. She is an external verifier and moderator with the CIPD, a published author of business books and learning materials and has worked on a number of national committees including the CIPD Membership and Education Committee. Her work with Busec encompasses advising, assessing and verifying PAC and NVQs.  Jane is also qualified in a number of psychometric instruments at Level B including the 16pf and Jungian Type Indicator, which she uses in coaching and development situations.
