We are a small, friendly, professional team.  When you contact us you be able to talk to Jill Nother or Sally Tarrant, our Directors, who are experienced HR professionals, trainers and coaches.  They will be able to help you identify the way forward; this may be through one of our programmes or other learning interventions.  There is no cost to these initial diagnostic conversations.

You may be an independent consultant, the only HR person in an SME responsible for all aspects of HR, or involved with providing an element of HR to large multi-national or public sector organisations.  We are aware of the challenges these different roles present.

Our clients are from all sectors, which you can see from our client list.  Currently, we are working with HR professionals in energy, health, media, financial services and defence.  We are an approved enhanced learning credit provider for the MoD.
