The Busec Online Learning Centre is straightforward and intuitive to use. It allows you to upload work for assessment, receive feedback, action plan and participate in learner forums, in addition all the learner resources are easily accessible on each unit. The system provides candidates with everything they require to complete their entire portfolio on-line, eliminating the need for bulky paper based portfolios.

When you register with us for any CIPD programme we will register you as an Online Learning Centre user. You will then be sent a unique password to enable you to log on to your portfolio. This is hosted by Learning Assistant.

As you work with your advisor to identify relevant evidence or when you complete assignments you simply upload it to the system where it can be accessed by your adviser and assessor.
