Only by upgrading are you able to use the designatory letters after your name, you cannot do so as an Affiliate, Associate, Licentiate or Graduate member. Using Chartered MCIPD or Chartered FCIPD identifies you as a fully qualified and experienced professional, who is continuing to update their knowledge. |
