There is an upgrading form available from the CIPD website. You will need to show the range and depth of your HR and management responsibilities, as well as the impact and influence you have in your organisation and/or with clients, customers and other stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate that you are keeping a reflective record of your own continuing professional development (CPD) plus a personal development plan. |
