How do I know that my experience is suitable for PAC?

You will need

  • Five years managerial level experience, of which 3 years is in a personnel and development role
  • Involvement in developing personnel or people management policy
  • Some involvemenet with core HR practice e.g. reward, employee relations, recruitment, change management and learning and development
