All Busec associates have many years operational experience in both Human Resources and management. The CIPD sets very high standards and reviews the CVs, work experience and continuing professional development records of all associates before they will licence them to work with candidates. Quality standards are continually checked by a CIPD appointed External Verifier and the majority of Busec associates are either Chartered Members or Chartered Fellows of the CIPD, all of whom have recognised assessor and / or verifier awards. Not only is Busec licensed by CIPD to offer NVQs but also the Busec associates are individually licensed by CIPD. You can therefore be confident that you are working with the best. |
